Kimberly K. Nelson

Kimberly Nelson served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SPS Commerce, Inc., a provider of cloud-based supply chain management solutions worldwide, from 2007 until her retirement in March 2026. Previously, she led investor relations and held senior finance positions at Amazon.com. Prior to Amazon, Ms. Nelson held positions in finance management at Pillsbury (now General Mills) and Nestle's beverage division. Ms. Nelson previously served as a director of Calyxt, Inc. from 2019 until 2023 and Qumu Corporation from 2012 to 2019.  She joined our board in 2019.
