Teradata provides DIR customers a cloud software version of Teradata Vantage which is a cloud data and analytics platform for enterprise analytics in addition to support services.

Teradata Warranties and Returns

All Teradata equipment have a 90-day warranty. Teradata software, services, and deliverables have a 30-day warranty. Teradata reserves the right to repair or replace products due to a warranty issue prior to refund or return. There is no ability to return products outside of an unresolved warranty issue.
